Brief
CRAM is a California-based travel accessories brand with a strong product and no strategic framework to match. We were brought in before launch to define the brand's positioning in a market dominated by Away, Béis, and Calpak, then built the social and influencer strategy to support it. From there, we produced all campaign and product photography for the ecommerce launch.
THE APPROACH
CRAM had a strong product but no strategic framework to stand out against Away, Baggu, and Béis. We started with the brand positioning and audience research, built a social strategy across three platforms, mapped an influencer program, then shot the campaign that brought it all together.
